BENEFITS OF WEARING VIRGIN HAIR EXTENSIONS

Hair extensions can add glamour to your personality and the best thing is that they can be used in a range of ways to look gorgeous every time. Besides this, there are multiple benefits of hair extensions that you can avail.

Virgin hair: This is possibly the highest quality of hair, coming from a single donor that is not bleached, dyed, coloured or for that matter treated with any other form or type of chemicals. It is the purest form of hair with no adulteration. Russian virgin hair is considered to be the best quality hair, coming from younger women.

Enhanced Styling Options - Chemically treated hair are difficult to style as the existing bleach or dye makes it even more difficult for the hair stylist to work upon as they might not accept colouring very easily when compared to virgin human hair. Similarly, hair that has been treated with chemicals is difficult to curl or straighten. Whereas 100% virgin hair extensions provide you with a lot of hair styling options that produces the best results.

Blends Easily with Original Tresses - Virgin hair extension blends perfectly with your natural hair and when the shade and colour is exactly the same as your original hair, it is practically impossible for the human eye to differentiate it your natural hair. Even an experienced hair extension specialist would not be able to make out the extension.

Easy to Colour - One of the most important benefits of virgin human hair extensions is that it can be coloured and styled as per your choice, keeping in mind a particular hair style (curled or straight) that you have long desired. The quality of virgin hair is 100% pure and since each set comes from a single donor, there is no scope for impurity or adulteration.

Soft Tresses - Most of the times, Virgin hair is considered to be much softer than Remy Hair extensions. Therefore, it allows the user to go for a lot of variations in hair style. Virgin human hair can be washed, treated and conditioned like your original hair as it has minimal shedding which is also a great advantage when compared to other types of standard synthetic extensions.

Therefore, you need to look for the best quality virgin hair from the top hair styling salon that provides 100% virgin human hair which is tangle free and which has minimal shedding.

At Ree Age you have the option to select virgin hair extensions; you can consult our experts for selecting suitable color, texture, type of virgin hair extensions and feel completely satisfied with natural good looks.

KNOW MORE ABOUT FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT & ITS BENEFITS

The procedure Follicular Unit Extraction or FUE transplant is the method of harvesting hair follicular unit grafts directly and individually from a patient’s donor area(s). FUE transplant is involved with selecting follicular units and removing them by the doctor without making a line of scar on donor area. The best candidates for FUE transplant are people who want to avoid having a linear scar in the donor area of their scalp and be able to shave their heads. Here are the main advantages of FUE transplants:

·        No linear scar
·        Minimal recovery time
·        Minimal or no post-operative pain and discomfort
·        Increased the area that hair could be harvested such as other areas of scalp, beard and body hair.

FUE Procedures followed at Ree Age will have the following steps:

1. Preparation for the hair transplant:

In the initial step of the Hair Transplant Surgery, hair follicles from the back of the head are removed and relocated to the balding areas.

2. Donor area trimmed:

Before the surgery is started, the hair in the donor area is trimmed and is given local anesthesia.

3. Combed hair over sutured donor area:

The sutures in the donor area are hidden from the patient's hair that is combed over them. These sutures are removed almost ten days after the hair transplant surgery.

4. Donor tissue trimmed into follicular unit grafts:

Microscopes are then used by the surgical technicians to view the donor tissue for dissecting and preparing follicular units hair grafts.

5. Incisions made in the balding areas:

Follicular Unit Grafts are placed in the tiny incisions that are made in an irregular pattern in the recipient area.

6.Grafts placed according to their densities:

The smallest grafts (one and two) are placed in front of the hairline and three and four (denser than one and two) are placed behind.

7. Immediately after the Hair Transplant Surgery:

After the hair transplant surgery, tiny incisions with short hair would be visible in the patient's operated area.

8. The closing of the Hair Transplant Surgery:

The incision marks heal naturally and the redness in the recipient area vanishes itself within a week.

At Ree Age, eminent dermatologists(trichologists) will attend the patients with utmost good care and our team ensures desired results to the patients.

MAIN BENEFITS OF WEARING A LASER HELMET

Women and men who experience hair thinning can wear a laser helmet to essentially reverse hair loss. While this is very true, did you know there are many other ways you can benefit from laser hair therapy? Whether you’re interested in glomming up your hair, think that you could always use more hair, or styling your curls has become a bit of a battle, read on! Your laser helmet is on its way to the rescue!

1) Boost your hair count

Yes, that’s right – we’ll start with the most obvious and documented, laser hair therapy effect on hair! Have you stepped into a hair salon with a magazine picture, telling your hairdresser you wanted your hair to look the exact same way? Did he tell you your hair wasn’t thick enough? Say no more. Only after a few months of treatment, a laser hair therapy device, such as the, can boost your hair count by up to 40%! This means that for every 100 hairs on your head, you get 40 extra hair shafts!

2) Minimise hair shedding

You’re familiar with the concept of shedding: you wake up in the morning and see hair on your pillow, you brush your hair and low and behold, there’s hair in your brush, and you find yourself cleaning out your shower drain once too many often.

While it’s perfectly normal to shed every day, and at certain times of the year (plus a hundred of other reasons, including hormone fluctuations), shedding can get pretty annoying – especially when trying out a new hairstyle or hairdo that requires you to have as much hair as possible. By wearing a laser helmet as little as twice a week, you’ll experience a lot less shedding in times ahead.

3) Make your locks more manageable

Styling your hair should never be a burden; whether you’re struggling with frizz, entangled curls or poor texture, guess what – women who consistently wear a laser helmet report having hair with great texture and improved overall better quality and condition. Included in this is better curl retention if you sport gorgeous waves or curls.

4) Strengthen your hair follicles

You read this right. Studies have also shown that laser hair therapy users end up with hair with reported “increased tensile strength”. Translation: your hair shafts will become much more stronger. If your hair has become fragile because of your styling habits, you can energize your follicles and strengthen them with love by wearing a laser helmet.

5) Boosting up your hair volume

It makes sense that more hair is equal to a thicker mane. But did you know that clinical studies also report thicker hair shaft diameter as one of the many benefits of laser hair therapy? A thicker diameter is bound to amplify your hair’s volume and you won’t even need to use half a can of hair spray.

6) You can make your hair grow faster

Laser hair therapy not only addresses any issues you might have with overall thinning, but it also rectifies any scalp problems like dandruff, oiliness or anything that is the result of inflammation, which is normally linked to hair loss. So keep your scalp healthy and your hair will follow – including its ability to grow at an even faster rate!

7) Prevent hair loss

The effects of laser hair therapy on the hair growth cycle are well documented: no need to become a dermatologist to understand that your normal hair growth consists of a growing phase (~90%) and a resting phase (~10%). What do you think would happen if more hair than 90% ended up in the growing phase? Yes, you’d have thicker hair and probably a bigger smile too! As it turns out, laser hair therapy (when administered with a scientifically engineered device) is proven to shift hair follicles into the growing phase, so over time, new follicles form with a lifespan that’s designed to live happily ever after on your head...or at least for longer than before.

8) Reverse hair thinning

Last but not least: if you haven’t taken the necessary precautions regarding hair loss, you might already be struggling with overall thinning. If you’re unsure, you can refer to the Savin Scale, which measures degrees of hair loss in women or ask your dermatologist about which classification best describes you. If you are losing hair, then say no more. Laser hair therapy is proven to reverse the entire hair loss process by giving energy to miniaturized hair and boosting new hair growth.

Keep in mind that the laser helmet is designed to work with most stages of hair loss but the earlier you start treating, the better the outcome. So time to arm yourself with a laser helmet and get your hair back!

HAIR TRANSPLANTATION IS A PERMANENT SOLUTION TO YOUR BALDNESS

WHY TRANSPLANTED HAIRS ARE PERMANENT?

In any hair transplant surgery (whether FUE or FUT), hair roots are taken from the back side of your head (also called as donor area), and planted to your baldness area (also called as recipient are). Surgeon use hair grafts from back side of your head which is generally called “Donor” area. Hairs at  back and sides region of head, are resistant to DHT hormone which is the main cause of hair loss. Hence, they will not thin or fall after transplantation. Whether it is FUE procedure or FUT hair grafts, they are generally taken from permanent zone of head. Since these hair roots are permanent in nature, when they are planted in your baldness area, the new hair which grow from these planted hair roots, also become permanent. You will never lose them again. Hence hair transplantation is a permanent solution.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT?

The hair that is planted has a natural look and feel. You can cut, dye or shave them like your normal hair because they are collected from and planted to a portion of your own scalp. They will again grow back like your natural hair.

After one month of your hair transplantation you will temporarily start losing the transplanted hairs, and same thing may continue for the next two months. This temporary losing phase is followed by permanent growth phase during which hair will continue to grow at normal rate. After the temporary losing phase, your transplanted hair will remain for life long life without any medication or maintenance.

SHOCK LOSS

Losing the hair after hair transplant is a normal occurrence and it is the response of your body to the trauma (hair transplant surgery), which is also called shock loss. When hair transplantation is performed with exceptional care by an experienced surgeon, the chances of shock loss are significantly smaller. At Ree Age, eminent doctors who have over 25 years of hands on experience will carry out hair transplantation and hence risk of shock loss is very small.

Hair roots (follicles) that your surgeon has transplanted will never get thin or lost ever again. But your existing hairs (which were present during hair transplant surgery) will continue to fall. To stop such hair fall, you need to take some medication from your cosmo-dermatologist or hair transplant doctor who understands your body response better.

Conclusion: choose your surgeon wisely and educate yourself before hair transplant surgery. Never every go for Cheap Hair Transplant. There are various innovative payment methods, like monthly EMIs, Loan on Hair Transplant etc, which will make sure that your burden is reduced. But if you just select a surgeon because he/she is cheaper, you may not get desired result or the result may be negative.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Non-Surgical Hair Replacement

Non-Surgical hair replacement one among the hair restoration treatments conducted at Ree Age. It is the fastest way of hair restoration with artificial hair or wigs, toupees and hair pieces. People who don’t have much time to undergo other surgical or non-surgical hair restoration treatments can pick-up this solution. Like other hair restoration methods, Ree Age has the team of expertise for this method who will restore the hair safely. You look young and normal, similar to the look that you were having just before hair fall; others can’t easily identify it.

Non-Surgical Hair Replacement

As medical treatments for alopecia improve and develop, it should come as no surprise to see that other options are becoming more technically advanced too. To many people, ‘non-surgical hair replacement’ is simply a euphemism for wigs, toupees and hair pieces. But that is an out-of-date view. Non-surgical hair replacement techniques have become increasingly sophisticated in recent years. For many men, they now offer the most appropriate solution to male-pattern baldness.

What is non-surgical hair replacement?

People still think that non-surgical hair replacement means wearing a wig.  Today’s advanced techniques create a result that is far more subtle, far more comfortable, far more natural and fair easier to live with. Non-surgical hair replacement involves applying a thin, light, transparent membrane to the scalp, which is infused with human hair. And this membrane is then attached to the scalp and woven in with the existing hair, to create a very natural effect.

This approach allows the professionals to match the hair in the membrane perfectly with the existing hair on the other portions of the scalp, in terms of color, density and direction. The membrane is attached to the scalp using the very latest bonding materials; you can wear it with confidence, even while playing sport.

What does the treatment involve?

Though the fixation work is of short span, most non-surgical hair replacement begins with an initial design consultation that ensures the product is tailored to sit naturally with your existing structure of the hair, color and style. From design to completion of a bespoke product normally takes about a couple weeks. You can also have the option of choosing the products that are not bespoke and already prepared, so that they work cheaper and more readily available with us; if you do so, you compromise on in quality, workmanship and precision.

Currently, different types of membranes are available in the market, but the most recognised types are monofilament, polyurethane and lace; however customer can’t decide suitable one on their own. If you are considering non-surgical hair replacement therapy, you should expect your practitioner to use one of these three types of membrane. Usually, the requirements of the user will enable your practitioner to recommend the most appropriate one. Monofilament is porous, so it suits people whose scalp needs to breath. Polyurethane is virtually invisible and very discrete. Finally, lace creates the most natural looking results and is often used to create the hairline or for the most visible areas of male-pattern baldness.

Bonding the membrane to the scalp is a big stage in this procedure.  The latest, most sophisticated techniques bond the membrane to the scalp with an adhesive that is translucent and which will not be broken down by sweat or water. Some of your existing hair will need to be shaved away to allow the bond to stick directly to the scalp.

Why choose non-surgical hair replacement?

The first and foremost  obvious reason is, for a few men, other routes such as using Minoxidil or Finasteride do not work. So if they cannot generate hair re-growth via medical routes, non-surgical hair replacement is their best option. Of course, in these sorts of cases, non-surgical hair replacement is not their only option. They could try surgery. However, for many men who have male-pattern baldness, surgery is the last resort. One reason for this is that many people just do not want to have surgery unless they feel it is absolutely necessary. Another reason is that surgery takes existing hair and moves it around their head. Therefore, the success of the surgery relies on having enough existing hair to be able to move some from the ‘donor area’. There is a risk that, if you continue to lose hair in the future, you will need further surgery, which will once again minimise the hair in the donor area. Surgery therefore, is not a sustainable treatment.

Non-surgical hair replacement avoids these problems as it does not tamper with or remove the existing hair follicles. Usually men try non-surgical hair transplants before surgery, so that they can evaluate the quality of the treatment before risking any of their existing hair.

Disadvantages of non-surgical hair replacement

·        While non-surgical transplants suit many men, they do have some disadvantages. The main one of these is the fact that the product does require ongoing maintenance to ensure that the effect remains as natural as possible. If you need your hair cut, for example, you cannot just pay a quick visit to the barbers. You usually need to return to the hair replacement surgery, have the membrane removed and your existing hair trimmed. You may also then need the hair in the membrane restructured to compensate for any changes.

·        As you would expect, the membrane does wear out over time and will need to be replaced regularly. Depending on the type of product you choose, it can also require specialist care products.

·        While non-surgical hair replacement may look attractive when you view it as a one-off cost, it is important to remember that it doesn’t end there. If you want to maintain the effect, you will have to keep on spending money.

Estimation of expenditure

As we’ve discussed, there are various types of hair replacement product available and which type you choose can affect the cost. Human hair is usually more expensive than synthetic versions. Similarly, certain types of membrane are more expensive than lower quality varieties. Finally, you can also expect to pay a premium for craftsmanship: good quality work takes time, but the more carefully the new hair is designed to fit with your existing hair, the better the result will be.

You should always make sure to arrange an initial consultation with a qualified professional, who will provide a clear treatment plan and costs in advance. At Ree Age, we can help you to give all such details to see that your non-surgical hair replacement is well tailored and neat.

Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy

What is  Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy [PRP]?
PRP therapy is used in hair restoration for natural looking results
With a thin needle, your own Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is injected into the scalp [Bald area]. Then the growth factors in your blood cells do their job and hair growth is Naturally stimulated.

PRP Hair Restoration is suitable for both men and women. It is a state of the art, non surgical, totally natural, alternative medical procedure used for the treatment of hair loss or hair thinning. It is an injectable treatment which uses the patient’s own blood.
Human blood plasma (PRP) contains active growth factors which can promote hair growth. Helping to restore one’s confidence, the end result is a fuller, healthier looking head of hair. The cost of PRP hair treatment depends on number of sessions needed to obtain the desired result.
How does PRP therapy work?

Physicians started using PRP therapy about two decades ago to speed up the healing process in damaged joints after injury or surgery. During the treatment, a technician draws your blood and spins it in a centrifuge to separate out the platelets and plasma. Doctors then inject the plasma, which helps repair blood vessels, promote cell growth and wound healing, and stimulate collagen production.
Doctors have used PRP in dermatology after researchers found that high concentrations of platelets in plasma cells help promote hair growth by prolonging the growing phase of the hair cycle.
Doctors inject plasma into the scalp where hair loss has occurred. They typically administer injections monthly for three months, then spread them out over about three or four months and also can take more time in some cases. The injection schedule will depend on patient’s genetics, pattern and amount of hair loss, age and hormones.
Doctors typically recommend hair transplantation only for those who have dramatic hair loss. Transplant is also more costly and leaves scars since it involves surgical treatments.  Instead, doctors can perform PRP therapy prior to transplantation, which can provide better results with more dense hair growth.
Researchers see promising results
In a 2014 study, researchers in India looked at men with male-pattern baldness that used approved medications, but saw little change in their hair growth. After four PRP treatments, they had about 30 percent more growth in thinning areas. A study conducted at Italy in 2017 tells, male patients had increased hair and density in areas where doctors used PRP therapy.
Studies reveal that, it takes about three months to see an improvement. After that time, most of the patients (male and female) have re-grown 30 to 40% of the hair they have lost.
What makes you a good candidate for PRP therapy?
However, you should not have PRP therapy if you fall into either of these groups:
·        If you have an underlying disorder such as thyroid disease or lupus, you aren’t likely to have good results because these conditions will continue to cause hair loss over time.
·        If you are on blood thinners, your platelets won’t work as effectively and the procedure is not as effective.
PRP therapy works better if your hair loss is recent. It is more challenging if your hair loss has years history where hair follicles have been dormant for a long time.
